Andhra Pradesh Congress leader Raghuveera Reddy has slammed the ruling TDP government and BJP at the centre for their position on special status to AP.
He said that the Congress party has decided to strive for the special status to AP and have phrased the slogan “Special Status, Andhrula Hakku’ in tune with the famous slogan ‘Visakha Ukku, Andhrula Hakku’ which was phrased during the agitation for Vizag steel plant.
Raghuveera has said that centre has humiliated Andhra people by granting a meager Rs 50 crore for development package to Srikakulam. He accused Chandrababu of not having any guts to stand up against Modi. He also said that Congress party’s one crore signature campaign has made centre grant Rs 850 crore to AP.
