A 3.5 crores worth Rolls Royce car and a 75 lakhs worth diamond studded gold ring. This is what heroine Trisha will be getting as a gift from her beau Varun Manian on her engagement day. But why is she laughing at them now?
Apparently all these ‘luxury’ ‘costly’ engagement gifts are said to be a creation of media houses. Other than the platinum rings the bride and bridegroom will be exchanging wearing on each other’s finger, there seem to be no gifts involved.
While Trisha simply laughed at these costly gifts, Varun said, “we will be feeding 1000s of animals through our engagement weekend. Trish values this much more than a Rolls Royce”.
Dusky Chenna siren Trisha Krishnan and producer Varun Manian are getting hitched on January 23rd, while they will announce the wedding date a couple of days after that. Our heroine will be throwing a party to film industry friends a day after she gets engaged.
