Strange are the ways of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Recently BCCI After Team India tasted two consecutive test defeats allowed wives and girl friends of the cricketers to give company to the tired players.
Currently players are with their wives and girl friends for the tri series in Australia. However in a shocking decision, which may disappoint players, BCCI decided not to allow wives and girl friends to be with the players during the ICC World Cup in Australia and New Zealand starting from February 14.
According to sources BCCI felt that there shouldn’t be any distractions in the prestigious tourney of which Team India is the defending champions. Inside talk is BCCI may finally allow wives to be part of players but not girl friends.
