Megastar Chiranjeevi! This is one name that many of you would connect to in a strong and emotional way. It is the image he has earned from a hardworking actor to the king of Tollywood which got him a lot of following. Chiru has been off the radar owing to his political stint but now he is back.
We all know his 150th film is in the anvil but the big question is – how should be Chiru’s 150th film story? Well, prior to elections if he came as a leader onscreen then it would have made a lot of sense. But given his current situation, he should stay away from films which remind us of ‘Tagore’ ‘Stalin’ etc.
Now, he should go for an out and out entertainer with all commercial elements and take us back to his 80s and 90s era when he did movies like ‘Gang Leader’ ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’ and others. Most importantly, his dances should work because he is coming after a long gap.
Even going for a family entertainer is not a good thought because right now what the mega fans are looking for is the adrenaline punch from Chiru with a lot of potboiler masala and action. Given the fact that his 100th movie is ‘Trinetrudu’ which came way back in 1984 and became a blockbuster, it is time for the megastar to repeat the act.
