Irrespective of scoring many flops at the star of her career and labelled as an ‘iron leg’, sexy heroine Shruti Haasan bounced back with just one flick, after which she has no looking back. Debuting with superb flops in both Hindi and Telugu, she has no respite until Gabbar Singh happened to her.
But what kept her not losing her faith in the industry and confidence on work? Strong background doesn’t necessarily help all the time as we look into the case of Shruti Haasan who is the daughter of legendary Kamal Haasan and iconic glamour-star Sarika.
“I always look at my father Kamal and other iconic actors only to question myself, will I be able to create a sensation like them and win millions of hearts?”, says Shruti Haasan, revealing that she asks this question to herself every day. “As I question myself about achieving such great heights, I get inspired to do my work more seriously and effectively”, she added.
Shruti is right now working with Mahesh Babu in Telugu for Srimanthudu. Her upcoming Hindi releases include Akshay Kumar’s Gabbar and John Abraham’s Rocky Handsome and Welcome Back, Vidyut Jamwal’s Yaara. In Tamil, she has Vijay’s Puli lined up.
