There is a common myth that thin people eat little and that fat people eat a lot of food. But on the contrary there are many thin people, who enjoy their food and indulge in it. According to Bollywood’s grapevine, it is said that if one looks at the daily diet of Deepika Padukone, many wouldn’t believe she still manages such a slim figure after eating all that.
We are told she begins her day with a cup of lemon tea and then drinks a glass of milk. Later, once she completes her workout at the gym, she eats eggs and fruits. Later, before going for the shoot, she has idlis and dosas or both. For lunch, she has boiled vegetables along with a soup.
Apparently, she insists on having chicken tikkas during lunch. She also munches on dry fruits and has curd with cream through the day. But the Padukone girl confesses that one reason for her being slim is thanks to her body type.
