If you are a close follower of Indian politics you would notice that during the pre-election phase there is a lot of switching which happens among leaders. They want to side up with the most favorable political party. While this is a common phenomena, jumping into parties after elections is something unusual.
But that is the situation right now in the state of Andhra Pradesh wherein TDP is becoming the hot favorite for politicians of other parties. In the last year or so, many have jumped the fence from Congress to TDP and now its arch rival YSRCP is seeing a good share of deflections.
The latest update on that front is the Addanki MLA Gottipati Ravi Kumar is likely to join TDP soon and sources say the required discussions have taken place. The other most important development is Karanam Balaram who is called as Prakasam Zilla tiger seems to have agreed to join TDP.
Inside talk is that the TDP chief and AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu himself spoke to Balaram. This is indeed a shot in the arm for the TDP if all goes as planned.
