Actress Pooja Hedge will be seen as traditional girl in upcoming Mukunda which marks the debut of Varun Tej, son of actor-producer Naga Babu. If you think Pooja is confined to traditional roles, you’ve got it wrong. The model-turned-actress says, “I’m open to glam roles. I’d love to play modern girl on screen and I’m pretty sure that I could pull it off with ease.”
Giving a peep into the film, Pooja shares, “I play the role of a middle-class girl who gives utmost importance to Indian culture and tradition. Rao Ramesh is seen as my father in the film and the complete story revolves around my character.”
Talking about her Bollywood debut where she is going to romance superstar Hrithik Roshan and acclaimed director Ashutosh Gowariker, Pooja is keeping her fingers crossed. “I’ve allotted bulk dates for the film and hasn’t signed anything in Telugu or any other language. At the moment, my complete focus is on my Bollywood debut and will think about other projects only after wrapping up this film.”
