This led to a massive release of his ‘Lingaa’ across the globe, as many Hindi speaking too joined Tamil and Telugu audiences to watch the film on day one. Though the film is not released in Hindi, audiences have enjoyed the southern language versions with subtitles.
Imagine the magnitude as Lingaa got released in more than 3000+ screens across the globe. And here comes Perfectionist Amir Khan who is all set to take the world by a storm on December 19th as his latest film ‘PK’ is getting released. Now get your hearts into your pockets, as it is revealed that the film is going to be released in nearly 6000 theatres all over the world.
In India alone, PK is releasing in 5200 screens, while it might release in upto 820+ screens in overseas. As director Raj Kumar Hirani (director of Munnabhai MBBS and 3 Idiots) is known for churning blockbusters with sensibility and Amir being a hero who delivers quality stuff, hype engulfed the movie and so this huge number of theatres. Also this massive release beats Lingaa’s record by miles.
