After ruling the roost for a while as heroines, most of the actresses get elevated to the level of character artists. But it must be said that not all can sustain in that segment. This is one reason why many respect the Sahajanati Jayasudha. She has been part of Tollywood since many decades and has an illustrious filmography.
The senior actress was also part of the ‘Memu Saitham’ proceedings and while all were having their share of fun and frolic, Jayasudha had a very emotional moment at one point. The reason for that was the song essayed by the Akkineni family as their contribution to the Hudhud relief measures.
In that song, the ending shows the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao making an appearance and this was taken from his last movie ‘Manam’. On seeing him, Jayasudha got very emotional and tears started rolling. Given her bonding and camaraderie with ANR, it was really touching for her and those who witnessed Jayasudha’s emotions could not stop themselves from feeling very nostalgic.
