Many may wonder why Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani will attend interview conducted by a school. She is not required to attend interview as a Minister but she has to attend interview of any school to get admission for her kids. This is an ordeal every parent faces during admissions to their kids.
Now Smriti Irani too attended interview in a school in Delhi to get admission for her children. She said for one month she tried to balance her personal and professional life. She said she has young kids of 11 and 13 years old. She said she was grilled by school authorities and she felt it was difficult for her to ask her kids come to Delhi from Mumbai without any prior preparation.
She said school teachers and Principal grilled her and her husband and later her children. Smriti however didnot mind getting interviewed and said one should not give any concession for ministers or VIPs. She said even for Parents Teachers meeting she will go alone as a mother and not like a minister.
