Farmers 50:50 Demand Shocks Naidu

Tech Savvy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandra Babu Naidu envisaged grand plans of having a captivating capital across the river bed of Krishna. He planned to design the capital in such a way that it will be visible even from air in a distinct manner. 
However all his grandiose dreams received huge shock when farmers refused to part their lands for the new capital. Revenue Officials who are entrusted with the job of convincing farmers to give their lands for the construction of new capital are facing stiff resistance especially in Penumaka and Undavelli. Farmers N.Ramu and others accused Government of trying to snatch the lands of small farmers hailing from the weaker sections.
Farmers in Tulluru demanded 50-50 land pooling and also stunned officials coming with their own conditions. K.Nageswara Rao, a farmer said they will lose their livelihood by parting away their fertile lands. B.Venkateswarlu expressed his willingness to cooperate only if Government agrees to their demands.
In the meantime AP.Rytu Sangham is conducting meeting with farmers opposing land pooling system at Mangalagiri on Oct 30 and G. Nageswara Rao leader of Rytu Sangham said Tadikond anad Mangalagiri farmers will be participating in the meeting.
