Just recently, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar grabbed headlines as he adopted a village called Puttamraju Kandriga in Nellore district. Many are curious to know how and why he chose that remote place in Andhra Pradesh because he hails from Maharashtra. Sachin reportedly revealed that one bureaucrat spoke to him on a flight journey about it.
If rules are to be spoken then ideally Sachin should not cite this discussion with a bureaucrat. If he said something like he did some survey and decided to adopt that village it would have been different. Anyhow, the village has come under his wings and the focus now is on the man who made this happen.
He is none other than Chamundeswarinath. Apparently, a lot of development is happening around Nellore and heavy investments are being done by film celebrities. With Sachin adopting Puttamraju Kandriga, hype has increased in that area. This was not done with a motive but with a very noble and good intent. Wherever he does something like this, craze will come. Sources say without Chamundeswarinath’s involvement Sachin won’t take decisions related to AP. He is the key person in Sachin’s group and has used his brain to get Sachin to AP. This is truly a commendable effort.
