Producer Natti Kumar and controversies come hand-in-hand. The small-time producer, who produced mostly dubbed films including Dhanush-starrer ‘3’ (Kolaveri Di), is known for making sensational statements. He is at it again.
Natti Kumar’s latest target is a TDP minister from Andhra Pradesh and his followers. Natti alleged, “A TDP Minister and his follower Ashok Kumar with the help of a middleman Govinda Raju have received bribe of Rs 50,000 from theatres’ owners claiming to waive off Service Tax for the years 2006 to 2012.” That’s not all. Natti Kumar alleged that producer-distributor NV Prasad, Purvi Raju, Alankar Prasad, Chinni, Raju were also part of this illegal activity. Questioning Chandra Babu Naidu’s promise to curb corruption, Natti demanded that the culprits should be put behind the bars within 24 hours.
