Sex bomb Mallika Sherawat is busy shuttling between various luxuries and serene locations to enjoy holidays, but a Hyderabad court has given her only four weeks deadline to file a counter. She has to attend in person before Hyderabad court to give an explanation regarding insulting Tri-colour.
It is already known that Mallika sported a tricolor around her bare body for the first look poster of the movie ‘Dirty Politics’. This flick is loosely based on the infamous Bhanwari Devi scandal, where the nurse was found dead after she allegedly blackmailed couple of politicians with some sex-tapes where she was part of. Two politicians are charged with murder regarding this case. Upon release of the first look poster of this flick, a Hyderabad based lawyer T Dhanagopal Rao has filed a PIL in court saying that Mallika used the tri-color obscenely and insulted the state emblem and honour for cheap publicity.
Reacting on this PIL, Hyderabad Court issued notices to Mallika Sherawat, Censor Board and Union Home Ministry to file their counters within four weeks of time. However, director of ‘Dirty Politics’, KC Bokadia stated that the cloth draped around Mallika has three colours that are similar to Indian flag or Congress flag, but there is neither an Ashoka Chakra nor any Hand emblem on it.
