Their first time was a hit film. They did act together for two more films. While Manam did well, Auto Nagar Surya was a box office dud. However, their chemistry was for all to see and directors have been trying to repeat their combination to cash in on their chemistry.
We are told that Chandu Mondeti’s next film with Naga Chaitanya will have Samantha as the leading lady.
Chandu debuted with hit film Karthikeya and Chaitu’s film will be his second project. After being through a low phase, Naga Chaitanya is being clever and he is choosing to work with directors whose first film was a hit.
Incidentally, all directors who debuted with hit films are choosing Naga Chaitanya for their second film. Talk is that S Radhakrishna who had produced Julayi and S/O Satyamurthy will be producing this film.
The official details about the film are yet to emerge. Though Naga Chaitanya hasn’t made it to the top league as yet, he has settled in a comfortable minimum guarantee zone. For now, it seems to working best for his career.
