Big films get released and if they strike gold, then it means a lot of work for everyone involved. If the film falters, then many projects come into the ‘may or may not happen’ category.
Director Trivikram Srinivas is right now in a delicate situation. Initially, it was thought that he will do a film with Mahesh immediately after S/O Satyamurthy.
But now, Trivikram has totally gone silent about Mahesh’s film and maintains that the film is still in discussion stages.
Incidentally, Trivikram has to direct the film for Harika Hassine Creations. But he is not ready to divulge any facts about the progress. Officially, he is maintaining that he has no story for Mahesh.
Right now, Mahesh is busy with Brahmotsavam, which is a family-oriented film. So, he is looking for an out and out commercial film next and it is being said that he had asked Trivikram to write such a story for him.
Ironically, Trivikram too is working on family stories these days. Of course, it is hardly an issue for Trivikram to change the genre and script a commercial film. But apparently he has asked for some time.
Well, that’s the story behind the industry being silent about Mahesh-Trivikram project.
