Into its second week now, ‘Ganga’ has turned out to be a successful project for the buyers.
Kamal Haasan’s ‘Uttama Villain’ however has appealed only to the intellectual crowd. The average movie-goer is not too thrilled with the movie and this is reflecting in the film’s box-office revenue.
Until May 14 when Balakrishna’s ‘Lion’ is scheduled for release, there are a slew of short films that will keep the audiences engaged, prominent among them being ‘Dagudu Mootha Dandakor’ and Manchu Lakshmi’s ‘Dongata’.
Lakshmi has a lot of hopes pinned on ‘Dongata’ and the success of this film will give her a hit for a change.
