Did Telangana CM KCR change his decision? It is now being said that KCR and his government have more or less given up on the idea of building a huge cultural complex called Kalabharathi right across Indira Park?
It is being said that Kala Bharathi could now come up in the 22 acre land that is right next to DBR Mills.
The move is more or less stalled as almost all political leaders belonging to various parties have strongly opposed the decision since children in the area will not have a play area if NTR Stadium is developed into Kalabharathi.
Some have even approached the court regarding the issue and it is now being said that KCR has finally decided to change plans.
