With the official confirmation of Puri Jagannadh directing Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, the director is on the verge of pulling off a Mega feat. Incidentally, Puri Jagannadh is the only director to work with almost all the top Mega heroes and other director could manage to create this envious record.
Barring Chiru whom he will be directing very soon, Puri Jagannadh directed Pawan Kalyan twice in Badri and Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu, introduced Ram Charan Chiruta and worked with Allu Arjun in Iddarammayilatho. This unique feat gets Puri Jagannadh the brand as the real Mega director.
In the Mega family, Chiru, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are considered prominent since the latest Mega entrants like Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej and Allu Sirish are hardly two films old. Out of these younger generation stars, Varun Tej was rumored to be launched by Puri himself and when it did not happen, discussions were rife that Varun’s next flick after Krish will be with Puri Jagannadh.
