The Ananthapur MLA rankings have taken a sudden twist after the district CPM Secretary V Rambhupal alleged that the rankings are a farce show and that it is ridiculous that Balakrishna, the Hindupur MLA who resides in Telangana, is given the first ranking among eleven other people’s representatives who live in the district.
The CPM Secretary further alleged that the MLA rankings by the TDP government is pure bogus and lack credibility and that the first rank to Balayya was only a smart ploy by Chandrababu to counter Balayya from whom he faces the threat for his Chief Ministerial post.
Rambhupal also lambasted the TDP government for kids dual talks in claiming less funds in the treasure but still spending close to Rs. 1600 crores for the recently concluded Godavari Maha Pushkaralu. It is well known that Nandamuri Balakrishna topped the list of Ananthapur MLAs for his developmental works that resulted in the development of his constituency.
