Taking the trade by surprise, Eros International had bagged Srimanthudu hours before the release. Eros bagged the film for an undisclosed amount and will adhere to all the deal the movie makers entered with the distributors.
Previously Eros also bagged Mahesh Babu’s 1-Nenokkadine and Aagadu but both the films ended up as big disasters. They would like to make amends to those losses with the blockbuster result of Srimanthudu.
Fans are little worried about the deal according to the sentiment. The movie will release tonight in Overseas with the premieres. Indian release will begin with the midnight and early morning shows.
