Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is all set to shift his residence to Undavalli near Vijayawada along with his family. The Lingamaneni Guest House by the River Krishna is being readied as the official residence of the Chief Minister, who will be moving to the capital on the 9th September.
Already, CM’s wife Bhuvaneswari performed the house-warming ceremony along with Shanthi Puja and other special prayers at the new residence last Saturday. Bhuwaneswari also supervised the renovation works and changes to the building as per Vaasthu. Even the CM took part in the house-warming ritual in the evening of 29th August.
The Lingamaneni Guest House belongs to popular industrialist and Chandrababu’s friend Lingamaneni Ramesh. The guesthouse falls on Karkatta Road in Tadepalli mandal of the capital region, 10 kilometers away from Vijayawada. Already, all the required furniture has been shifted to the guesthouse. Also, several government offices and staff members too have been shifted to Vijayawada to carry out the administrative works.
