According to highly reliable sources, Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan is toying with the idea of starring in the Hindi remake of Mahesh Babu’s latest blockbuster Srimanthudu. Apparently, Eros International which holds remake rights of the film has arranged a special screening to the Dhoom star and his father-actor-director Rakesh Roshan.
If sources are to be believed, Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan were quite impressed with the story of a rich youth adopting a village and developing it by spending his amount. However, the duo felt that the story needs to be worked out and made few crucial changes to appeal it to larger set of audiences in Hindi market.
However, it’s not clear whether Hrithik has given his nod or net. But it’s buzzed that the star is in talks with the Eros International. Also, there’s no clue whether director Koratala Siva would helm this project in Hindi or the star, production house rope in a noted Bollywood director.
At the moment, the news of Hrithik Roshan contemplating to reprise Mahesh Babu in the Hindi remake of Srimanthudu is big. On other hand, Srimanthudu, starring Mahesh and Shruti Haasan which released on Aug 7, is completing 50 days on Friday (Sep 25).
