Mega Power Star Ram Charan is not a big star in Kerala compared to his contemporaries like Prabhas and Allu Arjun. His last film Govindudu Andari Vadele collected around Rs 24 lakh shares. Yevadu is highest collected movie for Charan with 64 lakhs full run shares. In fact, Allu Arjun’s presence helped Yevadu collecting the huge sum.
Surprisingly, Malayalam rights of Charan’s new film fetches good price for his producers. Kerala rights of Bruce Lee were sold for Rs 50 lakhs. Print and publicity will cost around Rs 15 lakhs for the distributors. The film should collect over Rs 1.6 crore gross for break even, which is easily gettable predicts analysts as Telugu films are doing good business in the state of late.
Bruce Lee- The Fighter is carrying positive reports. The film has done outstanding pre release business in all the areas including overseas. Charan, heroine Rakul Preet Singh and director Sreenu Vaitla are promoting the film vigorously. Chiranjeevi who has essayed a 4 minute cameo will also take part in the publicity events.
Meanwhile, Bruce Lee is due for simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam on October 16th. Wish, the film helps Charan a superstar in Malayalam too.
