SJ Surya, Selva Raghavan and Gowtham Menon – all the three are crazy directors and have an image and allure of their own. They made straight Telugu movies and even their dubbed flicks wowed the Telugu viewers. SJ Surya’s Khushi, Selva’s Adavari Matalaku Arthale Verule and Gowtham Menon’s Ye Maya Chesave have a craze of their own.
But, the troika is passing through a bad patch. Surya’s successive films bombed and he is now more an actor and less of a director. Selva has turned a home maker while his wife is directing. Gowtham Menon’s career is so so.
Now, these three are coming together as a crazy combo. SJ Surya would be the hero, Selva would direct and Gowtham will produce the flick.
The troika will make a film in the horror genre, which is increasingly becoming popular with south audience. The crazy combo is sure to attract the Telugu audience too as all the three are quite popular here.
