Lavanya Tripathi didn’t get a kick start to her career as her initial films failed to do well, but luckily she bagged Bhale Bhale Magadivoy that went on to become a huge hit. Soggade Chinni Nayana followed it up with another big hit giving a lot of impetus to the young actress. She has become the talking point in Tollywood with back to back blockbusters and Lavanya is trying to cash in on the craze.
Lavanya was paid under 20 lakh until now but she is not going to sign up films for that price after having two blockbusters to her credit. As per the grapevine Lavanya has quadrupled her remuneration and is demanding 80 lakh per movie now. There is a dearth for good heroines and Lavanya is aware of it. She also knows that this purple patch wouldn’t last for long and is trying to make the most of it.
Producers aren’t happy with her demands as Lavanya is mostly doing low budget movies as of now. Lavanya believes that her presence adds tremendous value to any project because of her track record. Besides she can afford to wait until the right project lands in her hands.
