The Telangana TDP unit is at the brink of facing a huge setback in the Greater Hyderabad region with the party’s MLA from Quthbullapur constituency KP Vivekananda bidding adieu to TDP and joining the ruling TRS party.
This morning, MLA KP Vivekananda met the Telangana CM KCR and joined TRS in his presence. Explaining his reasons behind shifting his loyalties,Vivekananda said that he is attracted to KCR’s developmental schemes in the Greater Hyderabad and across Telangana.
The MLA also said that Babu has limited himself to AP alone, neglecting the people’s issues in Telangana. What’s worrying TDP even more is that the party’s Rajendranagar MLA Prakash Goud and a couple of other MLAs too are ready to jump into TRS in the near future, according to some media reports.
