Yesterday the budget was announced by Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and he tried desperate to allocate funds to all sectors. But still it ended up as a deficit budget of Rs.20,497 Crores and he never addressed that how the gap could be filled in.
Now more taxes are about to be imposed on industries and business houses in future to tally with the deficit. The State Government gave more priority to farmers and welfare schemes and it clearly failed to notice industries and Tourism promotions.
Industrial experts said that the budget has never shown Chief Minister’s vision. G.S.Siva Kumar who is the State Vice-chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry said, “It is really good that Government has given priority to Primary and Secondary education by allotting 17500 Crores.
Also 360 Crores for IT is with vision of providing Internet to every house hold. But till the end, the Finance minister never mentioned how he is going to meet deficit of 20000 Crores.” Finance Minister never responded to any queries thrown on how he is going to meet the deficit so far.
