In politics as much as being a fire brand it is also equally important in politics to stay calm and quiet when the time is not conducive. There are many such leaders who have more or less plunged into oblivion after some hungama. Here is another example for that.
Actress turned politician Roja has been working hard right from 2003 to become an MLA and her dream was realized only in 2014 from YSRCP than TDP. Usually leaders should balance works in their constituency and also wage fight against opposition.
Although initially she was seen in Nagari, slowly it only became manifested as fights and dharnas rather than development works. Now with her behavior in Assembly, she has been confined to fighting in courts and media interviews.
TDP has sensed a chance and knowing well that she only won 800 plus votes as majority, and slowly the party is weaning away some of her cadre into TDP. They are well aware that a person who doesn’t have his/her own strong hold will be shunted out eventually!
