There is news that Amyra, who made her debut in Hindi film Issaq, has been cast opposite Dhanush in his next Tamil film. The film, which is set to go on floors Monday, will be directed by K.V Anand.
It looks like post Dhanush’s Bollywood entry, major Bollywood heroines are ready to act with him in Tamil films too because of his popularity. While his recent release Maryan, turned out to be a disaster, but the success of Raanjhanaa has catapulted the actor into the league of star actors now.
It will be interesting to see how Amyra and Dhanush hit it off on screen. After all, one is guessing that the film will be romantic-comedy, and therefore, one can expect lot of scope for romance.
