Director Boyapati Sreenu is the latest to join Rs 50 Crore club. With his recent offing Allu Arjun-starrer Sarainodu, Boyapati achieved this feat and thus joined the elite club. With this, Boyapati joined the bandwagon of directors Rajamouli, Trivikram Srinivas, Sukumar, Sreenu Vaitla and Surender Reddy. After Race Gurram, Son of Satyamurthy and Rudhramadevi, Allu Arjun entered into Rs 50 Crore club for the 4th time.

Despite mixed reviews from critics, Sarainodu has got good collections at BO. In its first-week, the film has grossed Rs 46.4 Crore share and by Saturday the action entertainer managed to touch Rs 50 Crore mark. This is not all. The film achieved a rare feat and is said to be the third highest opener in Telugu industry. Sarainodu happens to be the top 3rd highest opener in Telugu films till date standing next only to Baahubali and Srimanthudu. With this, Bunny proved his mass stamina.

In the mean-time, Rs 50 Crore club has been eluding Boyapati from some-time. His previous blockbusters Legend and Simha couldn’t make it. Though Legend was close, but it missed to touch Rs 50 Crore mark in close shave. With Sarainodu, Boyapati joined the elite club.
