Finally the censor work of Ram Charan’s most awaited flick of the seasons ‘Thoofan’ is completed. But what surprised Mega fans is the rating given by Censor Board after watching the film. Truly, they are upset with the verdict on the birthday of Powerstar.
Obviously after watching two hour action drama of Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s reprisal of ACP Vijay Khanna in the remake of cult hit ‘Zanjeer’, Telugu Censor Board felt that the movie should be passed with ‘A’ Certificate. With this, it is obvious that the film is going to hit screens on September 6th as usual. But that decision pronounced by Censor Board is not a happier one for fans. They ask, ‘When the regional Censor Board in Mumbai rated ‘Zanjeer’ movie with U/A, how could our very own AP’s Censor Board feels that it is an ‘Adult’ rateable movie?
But the rating is a serious matter of concern only for producers as they have to pay a little bit of tax higher when the movie is rated ‘A’. Otherwise, Mega fans should be happily ready for the treat they are being offered by Ram Charan. Also, the success of this flick in Bollywood ensures that Charan is king at any tinsel town he steps in.
