Super Star Krishna’s daughter and Mahesh Babu’s sister Manjula Swaroop made her mark as an actress even though she had acted in only a few films. She later went on to become a successful producer and made hit films like Pokiri and Ye Maya Chesave, before hanging up her boots.
And now, here’s a surprising update. Latest reports say that Manjula is gearing up to don the director’s hat soon. Apparently, Manjula is in talks with Nani for her directorial debut film. Interestingly, Manjula won’t be producing her film as Anandi Art Creations, which is known for several hit films, will bankroll the project.
Despite working on a very few films, Manjula showed her passion for out of the box ideas and most of her films were award winners apart from also being money spinners at the box-office. It’ll be interesting to see which genre Manjula will choose for her debut film.
