Victory Venkatesh’s forthcoming hilarious entertainer Babu Bangaram release has been postponed yet again. The Maruthi directorial which was scheduled for July 1st release is pushed to 29th. Seems like, the makers don’t want to clash with superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali releasing on July 1st. Moreover, it is hardly possible for the makers to complete the remaining works by the deadline.Babu Bangaram got delayed several times, since actress Nayanthara joined the film’s shoot late. Then, she couldn’t allot continuous call sheets for the movie, because of busy schedules. Nayan is doing almost six films at present, including Babu Bangaram.
Babu Bangaram teaser released recently to overwhelming response. Venkatesh’s one dialogue ‘Ayyo Ayyo Ayyayyo’ has gone well with the fans who watched the video repeatedly. Buzz is high on the film, since Venky’s last movie Drushyam was a commercial hit and Maruthi’s last directorial Bhale Bhale Magadivoy was a blockbuster. Above all, the movie has lucky charm Nayanthara whose recent outings were super hits.
On the other hand, Kabali is one of the most awaited flicks in Tamil as well as Telugu. Rajinikanth is one of the biggest superstars in south with good market value in all the southern states. Competing with this giant project would affect Babu Bangaram performance. So, the makers of the Venkatesh starrer have postponed their movie by few weeks.
