Jagan doesn’t want bail !?

Jagan filed a bail petition on 11th September in the Special CBI Court, and the decision was reserved for 18th of this month as the CBI was given time to file its counter petition.  In this petition, Jagan pleaded the court to grant him bail as he is the leader of a major political party and he wanted to be with people during this taxing time.

Jagan lawyers also argued that CBI has failed to file the final charge sheet before the 4-month deadline set by the Supreme Court, which was ended on September 8th.

But, if Jagan gets bail this time, it will shore up the speculations that the Congress Party and YSRCP have entered into an understanding. The major opposition party TDP will launch a high pitch campaign that the two parties indeed are the partners in crime.

So far, the argument has been the main weapon of YSRCP against Congress and TDP and it wouldn’t like to loss it for an early bail. Jagan may not mind to be in jail for a few more weeks as this rejection will also increase sympathy for him among the public.

So, mostly he may get bail and he may not express any qualms about it this time.
