Box office behemoth Salman Khan, whose latest release ‘Sultan’ broke several records by crossing the Rs 300 crore mark at box office, has set up an interesting line up of films.Salman’s next movie titled ‘Tubelight’ has already rolled in Ladakh. Now, Yashraj Films, the prestigious banner that produced Salman’s recent hit ‘Sultan’, has confirmed another film with him. Tentatively titled “Tiger Zinda Hai”, the big budget project is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster “Ek Tha Tiger” starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
While the first one was directed by Kabir Khan, “Tiger Zinda Hai” will be directed by Sultan director Ali Abbas Zafar. Kabir Khan has already given his nod for his replacement. It is not yet revealed if Katrina Kaif will be retained in the sequel or not. Yash Raj Films is currently eyeing Eid 2018 release for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’.
Salman’s immediate next release, Tubelight, is scheduled to hit the screens for Eid 2017. The film marks the third collaboration between Kabir Khan and Salman who have delivered blockbusters like Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
