Former Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar has once again rattled off a major political debate during his latest press meet in Rajahmundry. Undavalli particularly targeted the Andhra Pradesh Minister of Municipal Administration P Narayana.
Describing Amaravati as a state government conceived scam, Undavalli accused Narayana as the mastermind behind the crores of corruption in the name of Amaravati construction. In a pointed attack, the firebrand Congress MP questioned Narayana’s new found status of being India’s richest legislator.
Demanding Narayana to explain how he has amassed Rs. 477.70 crores of wealth through his educational institution, Undavalli accused Narayana of misusing his educational society for his personal gains.
Undavalli further challenged saying that he knows how to get the facts from Narayana if the minister doesn’t respond to allegations. Undavalli came to prominence when he targeted media baron Ramoji Rao during YSR’s reign.
Those days, Undavalli became troublesome to the TDP leaders. Even his latest attack on Narayana and stating about corruption in capital construction will affect Amaravati’s brand image to an extent, yet another headache for the ruling party while YSRCP tries to gain advantage from his allegations.
