War of words are going on for long time between the ruling TDP party and opposition YSRCP. It is known that CM Chandra Babu Naidu and opposition leader Jagan Mohan Reddy have been fighting bitter battle for supremacy to win the 2019 elections.
Ruling TDP started concentrating on developing Rayalaseema and targeted Kadapa, the bastion of Jagan Mohan Reddy. This triggered war of words between TDP and YSRCP leaders. Jagan Mohan Reddy sometime back accused Chandra Babu and his government of leaving Rayalaseema people suffer in drought.
Taking strong exception, Deputy CM KE.Krishna Murthy speaking to scribes said situation in Rayalaseema is worst due to the plundering natural resources in the region by the former’s father, former chief minister Late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
He went on to add that “Such accusations cannot hold much water. The truth is that former Chief Minister Late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy squandered the resources of the government by giving mobilisation advances to contractors who did not take up projects. Instead, all of them thrived in Bengaluru by taking up real estate projects”,
He asked Jagan instead of being a dissenter, undergo training under Chandra Babu Naidu and become responsible leader. He warned if not people will teach him another fitting lesson to Jagan handing over crushing defeat.
