A young lady doctor has committed suicide in a women’s hostel in Madhapur. Anusha, who was working in the Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute as a physiotherapist, was found hanging in her room. Police are suspecting it as a suicide and probing the matter. What reasons led Anusha take this extreme step are not known yet.
Anusha did her physiotherapy course from Maharaja’s institute of medical sciences in Vizianagaram. While she graduated in physiotherapy in October 2016 from the college, she did her schooling in Visakhapatnam. Anusha subsequently joined the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital on Feb 1, 2017.
With she committing suicide just over a month after she joined her job come as a shocker to her friends, colleagues. It’s suspected that personal reasons could had abetted for taking the extreme step. More details are yet to be known. Police has started the probe.
