Scam may be same but rule of law will be different for different people. While Sabita Indra Reddy who worked as Mines Minister during YSR regime is accused number 4 in CBI chargesheet, IAS officer Srilakshmi is accused no 5.
However Srilakshmi was sent to jail long back while Sabitha is still enjoying the luxuries of power and also the ministership with which she can influence any decision as Home Minister. It is inexplicable to say that Srilakshmi passed the GOs with out greensignal from her minister Sabita. When Srilakshmi accused Sabitha,many said she was trying to escape shifting blame on Sabita. Now even Sabita is also trying to shift blame on YSR saying she was unaware of anything and innocent to the core. Law will take dual standards as even judges can be influenced.
