“A For Apple.. B For Bujjulu” is yet another song coming from Devi Sri Prasad’s stable which falls in those ‘item’ songs category. But this is no Ringa Ringa or Pakka Local for sure, but this falls under a controversial category. Here comes why.
In fact, this song from “Jaya Janaki Nayaka” featuring the hotness of Catherine Tresa is making waves ever since the video teaser featuring this hottie got released. Her spicy charms in wet outfits and bead-studded bikini tops is catching all the attention. More than that, the lyrics of this song is slowly snowballing into a big controversy.
Apparently one of the lines read, “Hai Message lu Thai Massage lu.. Aaatilikai vastaru Reddulu Raajulu”, which literally means Reddys and Rajus come for hai messages and thai massages. And the line that follows reads, “Fuse egiri istaru enno fees lu.. voddanna istaru diamond gajulu”, which means, “They will lose their mind and gifts diamond bangles”.
As you could read them, these two lines are depicting two forward castes from Telugu states and that’s the reason for controversy now. Maybe it was written just for a rhyming, but the timing is not right.
