On the day when Balakrishna Nandamuri was being hailed by movie lovers for commencing the shoot of his 102nd film on the immediate next day of wrapping up ‘Paisa Vasool’, the senior hero unfortunately amassed immense negative publicity.
On the opening day of #NBK102, Balayya was allegedly captured manhandling his assistant. The video went viral on social media inviting severe criticism for him. Actually, the assistant may not take the issue seriously owing to his proximity with the senior hero but the video gives an impression that Balayya was very rude to him.
Balayya has faced such negative waves on social media and in national media on good number of occasions in the recent times. For ex: when he threw away the phone of a fan who approached him for a selfie during the US tour, when he allegedly misbehaved with a person who came to the sets to have photos with him, his choice of words on ‘actresses’ during his speeches at events, smoking in public at an event in Chennai etc.
Balayya needs to realize that in the age of social media, even the minor mistakes committed in a fit of rage or the forbidden words spoken in flow go viral and get projected as rudeness, vulgarity and inhumane acts.
