Writer and Director Trivikram Srinivas needs to introduction. His very name itself is a big introduction that creates huge chaos among cinema lovers like his beautiful dialogues and touching punches. But with he himself trying to project him as a most simple guy, it’s not looking that convincing.
Other day at the trailer launch of LIE movie, another creative director Sukumar stated that there are two types of directors, one is the guy who really directs a film on the set and another one is the guy who does it in the editing room. Taking this reference as a clue, Trivikram said, “There is another type as well, the third type, who thinks after the completion of the movie that this films should have been in another way. I’m that third type”.
Well, that showcases how much simple Trivikram is and how he thinks about his film, but in reality, this is sounding over-exaggerated to hear. Because none of the films Trivikram made are super duds (other than Khaleja) which he would really think that he should have made it otherwise in a different style. Is Trivikram trying to force hard that he’s a confused guy? Why? Who will buy that statement? His films always have clarity, so these simple talks don’t hold much good.
In other stuff, Trivikram thanked LIE team for giving him an opportunity to come out and interact with a director like Sukumar for a while as the wizard of words never spends time outside with anyone.
