Already the pungent smell of Drugs Scandal that has shaken the senses of Telugu film industry is slowly wiping out. At this time, a lawyer has claimed, as said by some TV reports, that some questions posed at celebrities who have faced the investigation are not anyway relevant to the issue.
Actress Charmi hired a lawyer to deal with the questioning-call given by Enforcement and Excise officials to her. A media house reported that this lawyer shared some vital information with them about the whole questioning fiasco. Especially it is said that director Puri Jagan who was said to have co-operated with the investigation like anyone else, was posed with out-of-context questions.
“They asked Puri Jagan about his Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu movie. They asked why Puri roped in Pawan Kalyan for the film? and how Puri-Pawan met each other” a report quoting the lawyer said. Surely it’s surprising to hear that Enforcement officials have asked about Pawan Kalyan when they are probing things related to drug abuse, peddling, and parties.
Neither the lawyer nor Puri Jagan confirmed this, but social media is now going abuzz as to why they will have to ask about Pawan Kalyan. Is this some sort of story created by the media house to garner attention by bringing the Janasena president’s name into this? Maybe or may be not!!
