Bold and beautiful actress Sunny Leone has been in news for adopting an orphan girl. The whole country left the actress in heaps of praises. However the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) has been accused for violating Juvenile Justice Act (JJ Act) by posting a picture of the small girl with objectionable statements.
CARA left Sunny Leone in heaps of praises for adopting a 21-month baby girl and she has been named as Nisha Kaur Weber. The Star Child Protection Committee which kept a close watch on JJ Act filed a complaint at the National Commission for Protection of Child’s Rights and Ministry of Child and Women Development. Meneka Gandhi, Union Minister for Women and Children Development ordered to take the necessary action on all those who violated JJ Act.
A notice has been issued for CARA and Sunny Leone along with her husband Daniel Weber too may be questioned. CARA uploaded a picture of the baby girl on twitter which has been called as violating the child’s privacy.
