Ravi Teja Put that Film on Hold

Like many heroes who go through rough patch seek Dil Raju’s lucky hand to revive their careers, Ravi Teja also has reportedly entrusted him with the responsibility of providing him a perfect comeback.

It is known that Ravi Teja took more than one year sabbatical before starting two projects – Raja The Great and Touch Chesi Chudu in the first half of this year. He started shooting for both the films in parallel, and thought of releasing them with 1-2 moths gap. However,  After some time, he put Touch Chesi Chudu on hold and shifted his complete focus to Raja The Great.

It is heard that Ravi Teja had realized releasing both films with 1 month gap wouldn’t be a wise idea so he had to choose one film. And, he voted for Raja The Great since it is being bankrolled by Dil Raju. Ravi Teja’s last film ‘Bengal Tiger’ released in 2015, which means his new film releases after a gap of close to two years.

Ravi Teja wanted everything to be perfect for his comeback film, and who else better than Dil Raju could ensure a smooth and wide release and do good publicity? More over, Anil Ravipudi is a proven director and the subject of ‘blind protagonist’ offers freshness to audiences. Hence he took the call of holding Touch Chesi Chudu.

Ravi Teja plans to resume its shooting in November and release it in the first quarter of 2018.
