The investigations of the tragic incident involving Bangalore-Hyderabad Volvo bus near Mahabubnagar five days ago is taking an interesting turn with forensic reports confirming that a normal accident of bus with a culvert cannot lead to such huge flames.
Sources say that according to forensic investigations, it has been found that some toxic material of explosive nature was placed in bulk quantities in the luggage section below the passenger seats. Along with there are reports that several bags containing wigs (made of hair) was also kept as luggage.
It is common with Volvo buses that the drivers take some amount and customers can place their luggage in the bus which will be picked by their friends or relatives at the destination. But the presence of bulk chemicals which are dangerous in Jabbar Travels has promoted AP police to reach Bangalore and investigate the case.
