Can any actor or filmmaker dare to release his film in clash with Box Office Juggernaut Salman Khan-starrer, especially on the eve of Eid? Even Superstar Shah Rukh Khan had to back off when his “Raees” was originally scheduled to clash with Salman’s “Sultan” for Eid last year. Well, Salman’s former girlfriend, and the eternal queen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has accepted Salman’s Eid challenge.
Salman Khan, like he does every year, has pre- booked Eid 2018 for his upcoming action thriller, Race 3. Even though the makers of Aishwarya Rai’s new film Fanney Khan are aware of this, they still have announced Eid 2018 as their film’s release date. Reports say that they locked the clash with Salman-starrer only after consulting Aishwarya.
Post their much-publicized break-up ages ago, Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan have never crossed each other’s path, and maintained dignified distance. But now, in the interesting turn of events, the ex lovers are all set to clash at the box office for the first time ever. It will be an exciting clash considering Aishwarya Rai and Salman’s relationship continues to hold everyone’ attention, even after these many years.
