While the Telugu media and people are discussing the Nandi awards’ controversy, Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan received the prestigious Indo European Business Forum (IEBF) Excellence Award, on Nov 17 at the House of Lords, London. The international award was bestowed upon the actor-turned-politician for his service to the society, especially for his selfless work concerning the Uddanam issue.
Fans of Pawan Kalyan are happy and angry at the same time. They are happy that their idol has received a prestigious international award, whereas they are pretty frustrated at the Telugu media, film fraternity and the state governments for completely ignoring his achievement.
Pawan Fans rue that no one from the industry even congratulated Pawan for winning the award. They allege that all mainstream media houses have intentionally shunned Pawan’s award, and instead kept them busy with debates on Nandi awards. Fans gave a call to Pawan fans across the world to take the help of social media to publicize their favorite star’s achievement.
